Ruixin Micro Releases New Generation Machine Vision Solutions RV1106 and RV1103

Ruixin Microelectronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Ruixin Micro") officially released a new generation of machine vision solutions RV1106 and RV1103. The two chips have significantly upgraded their performance in NPU, ISP, video coding, audio processing, etc. They have the characteristics of high integration, high cost performance and low standby power consumption. RV1106 and RV1103 have the following six core technology advantages:

1. Built-in self-developed fourth-generation NPU, up to 0.5TOPs computing power

RV1106 and RV1103 use Cortex-A7 CPU and high-performance MCU, built-in Ruixin micro self-developed 4th generation NPU, high calculation accuracy, support int4, in8, int16 mixed quantization, in which int8 calculation force is 0.5TOPs,int4 calculation force can reach 1.0TOPs.

2. Built-in self-developed 3rd generation ISP3.2 supports multiple image processing technologies

RV1106 and RV1103 adopt the 3rd generation ISP3.2 developed by Ruixin Micro, which supports 5 million and 4 million pixels respectively, and supports various image enhancement and correction algorithms such as HDR, WDR, multi-level noise reduction, etc. In various complex light scenes, it can realize clear and visible black light full color and backlight strong light shooting effect. RV1106 and RV1103 can support 2-3 MIPI/DVP inputs and are the preferred solutions for economical binocular vision products.

3. Strong encoding capability, high frame rate, low bit rate, and small footprint.

In terms of video coding, Ruixin Micro RV1106 and RV1103 have superior coding performance, support intelligent coding, save code stream according to scene adaptation, save more than 50% of code rate compared with conventional CBR mode, and make the shooting picture high-definition, small in size and double the storage space. It also supports rich coding functions, such as frame skipping reference, custom quantization matrix, subjective factors, etc., to further improve coding quality.

4. Intelligent audio for clearer sound recording

In terms of audio processing, Ruixinwei RV1106 and RV1103 use intelligent audio solutions to support echo cancellation, voice noise reduction, crying detection, abnormal sound detection, etc., support high-definition voice, and enhance sound collection and long-distance sound pickup.
